Apr-17-05  ConLaMismaMano: If 33...Qxc3 then 34.Rxh6+! (34...gxh6 35.Bb2 pinning the Queen) 34...Kg8 35.Qe8+ Nf8 36.Qxf8#

Previous to this tournament Felgaer had prepared the novelty 10.Qb3

Apr-17-05  shortsight: Wow! Evan's in 2005! And Felgaer strikes big time by beating Harikrishna.

plang: 10 Bb3 had been played in the draw Short-I.Sokolov Sarajejo 2004; 10 Qb3 was new. Black was defending well until 19..Bc6? which gave the White queen a tempo to get to the kingside; better would have been 19..Nd5.
