  chessgames.com: Somebody suggested that we change this game to "1/2-1/2" but we have no way of knowing if that's the case. It should be a draw, but it's always possible that it was decided on the clock. True, arbiters should rule this as a draw, but only if solicited for their ruling, and even then bad rulings are not uncommon.

The best thing to do in cases like this is to see if you can find evidence from other sources (NIC, Chessbase, Chesslab.com, etc.) that the result really was 1/2-1/2.
