Aug-19-06  Leviathan: Could 46.0-0 be latest castling ever in a GM game?
Jul-08-07  Zzyw: <Leviathan> Not according to Tim KrabbĂ© whom I consider an authority on these kinds of questions. There's two games which share the record: one is Neshewat - Garrison, Detroit 1994 with 48...O-O and the other is Somogyi - Black, New York 2002 where black played 48...O-O-O.

Jul-09-07  Zzyw: P.S. Those probably aren't GMs, sorry.
Jul-09-08  whiteshark:

Ivkov: <Doctor, I think I have a problem with premature castling.>

Mar-23-09  swarmoflocusts: <Zzyw>

Yes, they are. It says so in their profiles.

Sep-12-09  WhiteRook48: 46 0-0 is almost the latest
