  plang: The position after 26 h4 does not look very promising for black. I suspect that most sicilian players would not be thrilled with the position. Kramnik finds a number of clever defensive maneuvers starting with the queen maneuver 26..Qb4 and 28..Qg4 restraining h5. Already after 33..Be4 and 34..Qf4 white is in deep trouble. Very impressive defense/counterattack by Kramnik. Ivanchuk resigned a bit early as he was prone to do during the late 90s.
Mar-02-12  screwdriver: Yea, seems like Ivanchuk could've thrown a few more moves at Kramnik before resigning. Albeit, Kramnik has a decent advantage at the point of resignation though.
Dec-19-14  Conrad93: 11. Bb5!? has to be a novelty...
