Kibitzer's Corner
Dec-27-07  hovik2003: This game is a real Sicilian bloodbath!
You could feel the violence throughout the game specially until move 34 when game is eventually over.
Mar-08-08  TheBB: Well, that was crazy. Where's all the kibitzing? You'd think this would be a popular game :).
Jun-30-10  snoopy14: 22 ... Ra4+!!!! Sacrificing a rook for a tempo! Wikipedia page on sacrifices mentions this. surprised no one pointed it out except the hint BB gave
Jun-30-10  snoopy14: oh, i guess it says in the lower corner

An Englishman: Good Evening: And good heavens, this game hurts my poor old brain. If 27.Qxe8, does 27...Qe2+ suffice?

Fusilli: <Englishman> N7b6+ wins the queen.
Sep-04-17  widjaja70: Brutal is the only word for this killing game. If 27.Qxe8 then 27....Ndb6+ wins White Queen.
Sep-04-17  Vlach: Fascinating game
Sep-04-17  kungfufighter888: black survived the attack.
Sep-04-17  morfishine: Greatest game ever, just breathtaking

I wonder how sound it is ? ?

*****

Sep-04-17  Ironmanth: Terrific game!
Sep-04-17  PJs Studio: This game must've been so much fun. Unless one of them had money or a title on the line. In which case, it must've been nerve racking.
Sep-04-17  Gregor Fenrir: Beautiful rook sacrifice, but black missed 25...Bd5+ 26.Rxd5 Rb4+ 27.Kxb4 Nxd5+ 28.Ka5 Nxe7 29.Bxe7 Qxh1 -+
Sep-04-17  catlover: Great GOTD. Good pun, too.
Sep-04-17  thegoodanarchist: This tournament should have a tournament page, IMO.

And there has got to be a game where Planinc played against a group. The GOTD for it could be "Planinc-Committee"

Sep-05-17  kevin86: What a sac!
