Kibitzer's Corner
Aug-18-07  Chessmensch: Pandolfini analyzes this game in the August 2007 Chess Life, page 54. I can't provide a link becuase the mag is late getting online this month. Curiously, while Pandolfini shows 16. Qh6 (even provides a diagram that confirms it), Chessgames shows this move as 16. Qh3. It seems to make little difference as the queen winds up at h4 several moves later, but it is strange. I don't see the game in Chessbase so I couldn't cross check it.
Aug-18-07  Calli: The tournament book gives Dh5-h3 in German long algebraic, so Chess Life is incorrect. As you say, its mainly academic, however with the Q at h6, Black might have played B or Q to f8 at some point.
