Jun-17-04  patzer2: In this Smith-Mora gambit, White sacrifices a Knight for two pawns and then creates a winning pin tactic.

USCF Master Bobby Moore's piling on of the pinned piece and his deflection (i.e. removing the guard) of the Black defenders (see White's 13th through 19th moves) is instructive.
