Kibitzer's Corner
Aug-15-04  Everett: That's a sweet little breakthrough with 43.Rxg7+. Perhaps someone with a "pawn power" game collection can use this one. Three connected past pawns, tough to beat.
Aug-15-04  Deck: I've never really liked the 5. e4 line, but Karpov pilots aggressive play to perfection here (or at least as much as one can expect in a rapid game) -- 43. Rxg7+! is an eleegant breakthrough.
