  plang: 18..h6 had been played in Lautier- Lutz 2001 European Team Championship in Leon and White went on to win; 18..Bd8 was new. Black was defending well until 25..Rcc8? which cost him his b-pawn; 25..Qe7 would have been better. Also, 26..Nf8 would have been a tougher defense as the knight on b8 offered White a pretty tactical opportunity. 33..Nxc6 34 Nxd5 would have been strong for White. 34..Re8 35 Nbxd5..Nxd5 36 Nxd5..Qf7 37 c7..Nc6 38 Qb7 would have been winning for White.
