Feb-24-07  Ulhumbrus: Lasker develops his N on f6 and not on e7
Feb-24-07  paul1959: Nice game by Lasker. 16 f3 is the sign that something went wrong for White.
Feb-24-07  Grega: Is this incorrect ?

  tpstar: 36. Kg2 Rh2+ 37. Kf1 Qxe3 38. Rxe3 Rxd2 and Black wins the exchange plus 2 Pawns. White could have tried 34. Nxf3 instead, then 34 ... Nxf3 35. Bxf3 (35. Qxf3? Qxd2) Rxh3+ 36. Kg2 Rh2+ and Black bags the Q for RB, or 36. Kg1 Rxf3 and Black will be 3 Pawns up when the Pd3 falls.
Dec-23-14  MarkFinan: Did Lasker win the Maehrisch-Ostrau tournament held in Maehrisch-Ostrau, Czechoslovakia with a score of +8=5-0.?

LOL. Think I'd better stop before site patrol arrive. ✌

Dec-23-14  TheFocus: LOL! Sure, there is always some mucker that wants to blow the whistle.

Usually when they can't blow anything else.

Dec-23-14  JimNorCal: <TF>: This is round 12, July 16, 1923.

It would be nice to have this "meta-data" in a separate space for each game (if we have the info).

Instead of embedded as a comment.

Perhaps each game could have a game score, meta data, opening identifier, and kibitzing as separate entities. Just a thought since I (shudder) am not on the hook to do the actual work.

Dec-23-14  TheFocus: <JimNorCal> Some of the info is available in the PGN, but not all of it.

Particularly not in the case of simul and consultation games.

I do what i can to help bring history to the site.
