Kibitzer's Corner
Sep-02-05  Whitehat1963: NN is hopeless, as usual, but this shouldn't have been checkmate so quickly. It's still a few moves. 12. Ne2 or Re2 or even Qe2 is followed by the obvious Qh1#. But, as horrible as it is, 12. Qd3 prolongs the agony best: 12...Bxd3 13. cxd3. And white lives on for a few more moves, but still hopelessly.
