Kibitzer's Corner
Jul-19-04  Leviathan: Nice "resigned-because-smothered-mate-coming-up" game :)

Or maybe it fits best in the "look-what-happens-if-you-play-uncommon-openings-without-thinking" category :D

Just kidding...

Mar-27-06  McCool: Rxc2 Nxc2 Qxc2. Then what?
Mar-27-06  Jonber: <McCool> If Rxc2 then Nd3#.
Apr-18-07  whiteshark: This looks like a cafe house blitz game, typical for Mr. Schlenker.

Who has the damage does not need to provide for mockery.

With 8. d3 this would not have happened.

Jul-25-09  YoungEd: You can't play just anything, after all!
Aug-25-09  Gouvaneur: Ah well, poor game by white. He should have had a decent strength in 1980, this shouldn't happen to him. Same goes to his buddy Keilhack, who actually has some really amateur games in chessgames. Don't know what I should think about their books (1...Sc6) then...
Jul-21-10  jbtigerwolf: OK, White's stuffed up and will likely lose, but why not play on? After 9.♕xc2 ♘xc2 10.♖xc2 it's 6 pieces against 5, 7 pawns against 8. It's going to be tough, but there is hope. With the Bishop pair and both Rooks I think that White should just try and fight his way to a win.
Aug-31-11  Whitehat1963: Oops!
