Why this is given the appellation 'Bishop's Opening' is beyond my understanding: after all, it is not as though the move order 1.e4 e5 2.Bc4 Nf6 3.Nc3 was used.

  sea7kenp: Up to White's 6th Move, this fits the beginning of the Frankenstein-Dracula Variation (which has 6 Nb5). Look that up on Chessgames. (There's even, at least one Collection of these Games). Fascinating!
