  tpstar: For the Main Line Two Knights, 8. Ba4!? is a known error due to 8 ... h6 9. Nf3 (9. Nh3 Bg4 10. f3 Bxh3 11. gxh3 Qd4 with a Kingside only a mother could love) e4 10. Ng1 (10. Ne5? Qd4 11. Bxc6+ Nxc6 12. Nxc6 Qd5) and now Black takes control with 10 ... Bc5 or 10 ... Bd6 with full compensation for the Pawn.

chessmaster_brasil-tpstar0 (Yahoo 4/23/05): 8. Ba4!? h6 9. Nf3 e4 10. Ng1 Bc5 11. Ne2 Ng4 12. 0-0 Qh4 13. h3 Nxf2 14. Rxf2 Qxf2+ 15. Kh1 0-0 and Black won (0-1).

Jan-17-06  DanRoss53: And even better than 15... O-O or 15... ♗d6 is 15... ♗xh3!
Jun-22-07  pocketkings: tpstar, if 10. Ne5 Qd4, then 11. Nxc6 Qxa4 12. Nxa5 and white is up two pawns and can castle next.
Feb-11-13  naderino: 16. Qg1 Qxe2 17. Cc3 seems to equalize
Dec-18-19  machak: "16. Qg1 Qxe2 17. Cc3 seems to equalize"

according to stockfish not so: -5.5 in blacks favor.
