Mar-12-06  Cerebrum Of Tal: This game should have been classified under Caro-Kann Counter-attack, reminds me of the very popular Tal-Miller game.
Mar-12-06  Cerebrum Of Tal: Tal did not even mention this game in his book. He only explained his loss to Uusi in this tournament that resulted to his 2nd place. I wished somebody could provide that Tal-Uusi game 1972.

perfidious: The Caro-Kann was a rara avis in Tal's praxis at the time, but he noted that his opponent in this game was very much a tactician and that he wanted to play away from his strength.

Of course, the game was a melee anyway, though the play all went one way!

  PawnSac: A great game!
Valter got <"fried in an empty pan of skewers!"> (M.T. Panov)
