Kibitzer's Corner
Jul-31-09  totololo: Grigoriant makes the same mistake as a weak player against a stronger one : simplification in weak position so that Tal has no pieces to make combinations. He is right , Tal will fork only once and for good and play the ending. TAL was astonishingly strong in endings! He had to play Botvinnik and win so endings were obligatory. The same apply for Fischer who was strong in endings ( Fischer-Tal - '62)
