Kibitzer's Corner
Sep-15-07  Maynard5: White throws away a pawn with the innocent-looking 37. Bh3? which runs into the unexpected 37. ... Qa2+ 38. Qc2 Nxe4. Still, at this juncture, Black already has a slight edge. White's king is somewhat vulnerable in the center, while Black's pieces are better placed, and he has the option of an eventual advance with ... f4.
Apr-13-14  zydeco: 38.Kf3 looks perfectly fine for white. Benko blundered a lot for a world-class GM (he might have been in bad time trouble when he played 38.Qc2?).
