Kibitzer's Corner
Jul-14-04  ruylopez900: Well played by Spraggett. A few humble thoughts:

<1.g3> Well, I don't know if this is desperation or just a weakness for Adams.

<9...Ne7> Adams seems to be spending moves un-developing pieces. The Kingside isn't looking like an amazing target so i think Spraggett gains time here.

<15.gxf4> Spraggett has lessend Adams' control on the d4 hole.

<19.Bxg4> I think Spraggett wins this again, an h-pawn for a d-pawn.

<21.0-0>?? There is no cover there, but Mickey's pieces are! I was considering castling Queenside but...

<33.Ne3> Spraggett's Knight looks more active then Adams' second Bishop.

<39.cxd5> Spraggett's connected passers look strong.

<45.Rh2> Why not Rxc5 threatening another two passers or helping to promote the current two passers?

<49.d8=Q> Good job to Kevin, getting a win for the Canucks!

Feb-02-05  schnarre: Go Canucks!!!
Feb-04-20  tigreton: And what about 34. Qh1! in Alphazero's style. A powerful queen in the corner, attacking both through the h-file and the great diagonal.
