Kibitzer's Corner
Sep-08-09  King.Arthur.Brazil: I don't know how this master piece has no coment! After h6, exchanges 4 pieces, and black castles at QS, white to KS, and the war began! An error 13...c5? gives time to white attack: 15 b4! (Not Bxb4?? Tb1 and Txb7+) After that: c5-c6 is question of time.20.b5! 1st sac: if Qxe4?? 21. b6 (treat Qxa7++) axb6, Qxb6+ Ka8, Qa6+ Kb8, Rc4! win the Q or mate!
Sep-08-09  King.Arthur.Brazil: 21.Rb1 Ka8 (if Qxe4? 22.bxc6+ Ka8 23.Tb7 and Txc7) 23.g3! the Q is taken off from Rc7 defence... 24...Qa3! force the exchange of Q, avoiding mate, but lose the Rc7 and the game!
Oct-24-18  tigreton: One of the best attacking games from Smyslov, I really like the agressive moves 18. c6 and 20. b5, not so easy to spot the winning continuations.
