Honza Cervenka: 45.Be4?? was an unfortunate slip, which turned over well played game in white's disfavour. 44.Be4! Qb8 45.d6 would have been absolutely fine, and 45.d6 (instead of 45.Be4?) was still sufficient for preserving of huge advantage of white but the text move allows black to take advantage of the pin on d-file for a little tactical shot leading to the fall of Pawn e5 with fatal consequences for whole position of white.
