Kibitzer's Corner
Nov-23-04  fasting: from 16th move to 21th moro simply pawnstorm poor Ketevan! Nice one
Dec-05-04  n30: moro would be one of my most favourite players of all times. he needs very few pieces to create very precise attacks. his games are a "feast for the eye"
Jan-21-05  chesscookie: Why did moro play 6.Bf1? It seems like a waste of a move to me, but then I'm a patzer.
Jan-29-05  aw1988: Because note if the bishop goes to a4, it is a blunder, because of the famous Noah's Ark Trap ...b5 and ...c4, from c4 it will simply be attacked again, where it must not go to b3 in view of ...c4, and if it goes to d3 it is hemmed in by the e4-pawn, and it blocks the d4-pawn. It is also rather passive looking in this position. Bf1 keeps the bishop on that diagonal for now, without having to move it again, or make it look like a "stupid" piece.
Jul-18-05  Stella Mar: ur the best!!!Hope u know that always!Ive been ur fan for almost a year..heheh...isnt that long?goodluck and godbless!
Mar-18-06  VanPoolPlayer: Why not 27... Nh5?
Follow up with 28... Bf6?
I can see white gaining a bishop and a knight out of this, but not a mate.
