  Honza Cervenka: Immediate 19.e5!! could win the game, for example 19...Qe8 20.Bxe7+ Qxe7 21.exf6 Qxf6 22.h4 (threatening Ng5) 22...h6 23.Qc5+ Kg8 24.Re8+ Kh7 25.Qc4 Bf8 26.h5 gxh5 (26...g5 27.Rd6!! +-) 27.Nh4! Ne5 28.Qe4+ Ng6 29.Rxf8! Qxf8 30.Qxg6+ Kh8 31.Qxh5 Kg7 (preventing fork on g6) 32.Qe5+ Qf6 33.Qc7+ Qf7 34.Qg3+ Kh7 35.Rd8 and the game is over.

45.h4? was a mistake allowing fork on g4 in two moves. 45.Ke2 would have been better.
