  wallnuts23: interesting combination at the end, after Kg2, Re2 mates. However, there is quite a spectacular finish which takes longer, but perhaps with more bite Instead of the more apparent 34 ...Qe4+, 34 ...f3! 35 Kg3 [Kh2/h3 allows black to take queen] Bf2+ !! 36 Kxf2 Re2+ 37 Kg1 Rg2+ 38 Qxg2 fxg2
39 Kxg2 Qe4+ 40 Kg1 Qg4+ 41 Kh2 Rf2#
Now, what do you think about that! Pretty nice in my opinion!

Mar-21-09  brucejavier: simply amazing game by GM Johansen, one of the best games i reckon, black by move 14 , has nearly all his army on the backrank, suddenly hes pieces come to life and finds forced mate 22 moves later. fascinating
