Sep-02-05  AgentRgent: The dance of Kramnik's knights in the center of the board is entertaining.

Mateo: Entertaining yes for sure but not flawless. 28.♕f2? allows 28…e4 ! 29.fxe4 fxe4 30.♕xf8+ ♕xf8 31.♖xf8 exd3 ! 32.♖c8 dxc2. White won the exchange but the c pawn is very dangerous. So Black may even be better. After Black missed this move, he is lost.

33...♕d2? allows a nice finish, worthy of a puzzle. 34. ♕h4 ! (threatens ♖d1)♖e8 35. ♖d1 ! ♘xg2 <35…♕xe3 36.♖d7+ mate follows.> 36. ♘xf5+ ! ♗xf5 37. ♕g3+ 1-0

Jul-13-10  sevenseaman: After 34 Qh4 Bogdan is under the spell of a cobra. He can choose to die of the poison.. or the terror.
