Kibitzer's Corner
Aug-29-07  wolfmaster: Kotov defended valiantly, but the mighty queen and pawns proved too much to overcome.
May-08-10  ozmikey: A fascinating game. Would Black have taken the draw after 38. Qh6+, or would he have tried the risky but probably winning ...Re7 on another Qe3 by White?

Kotov had to try the desperate counterattack with 33. f5 because of the trick 33. c4 Rxc4! 34. Rxb3 Rxc1+ leading to a won R+P ending. He nearly pulled it off!
