Phony Benoni: Not sure it was a simul. tThere was a tournament in Barcelona in June, 1934, in which Koltanowski defeated Catala. It's not unknown for a simul opponent to also meet the simul give in a tournament, but I have no absolute proof one way or the other.

By the way, <Chess Review> (Autust 1934, p. 131) gives the finish as <20...Be6 21.Nf5+ Kf8 22.Qe8#>. This could well be a variation rather than the actual score, and CR is not always reliable in these matters.
