Apr-15-05  ArturoRivera: nice combination, i ave winned a couple of times with this, since i saw the game i use this as a trapp
Mar-04-07  Aldo Bonatti: It is strange but this game have been forgotten by theory for too much time. At 1983 the knowledge by me of this game has been allowed to defeat Pantaleoni in 17^ Italian corr. Champ. Pantaleoni played 13)h5 instead of 13)g3 but it is insignificant. The Buresh combinatio is also valid and winning. The natural White castle on 12^ move is doubt. With the presence of strong Black Knight on e4 the White KIng on c1 is insufficiently protected. In my opinion it is preferable for White to play 12.Nxe4!or Spassky's move 12.g3 (see hereinafter. It seems that this move has never been played. However after 12.ooo Re8 13.Nxe4! is the only move. It is played by Pablo in Pablo- Gonzalez Tarrassa 1989 1-0. It might happen that the Black play was better.See my comment of that game. The exchabge of Knights d2/e4 occurred also in Spasskj-Bonatti simultaneus play Varallo Sesia 1982 in similar position. Spassky played 12.g3!? and after d5?! 13.Nxe4! Bxe4 14.Rh2 Re8 15.Kd2 h5 16.Nc5 Nxd4?!17.cxd4 Qf6 18.Kc1 Qxd4 19.Nb3 Qb6 20.Qb5 Qxb5 21.Bxb5 c6 22.Bf1 Bg7 23.Rd2 RE7 24.Bg5 f6 25.Be3 f5 26.Bg5 Ree8 27.Bf4 Rd8 28.Nd4 Rhe8 29.Kd1 Kd7 30.Rc1 Rc8 31.a4 a6 32.b4 Bf8 33.Rb2 Bg7 34.Rd2 Bf8 and Spasskj accepted my drawn's proposal with my great satisfaction. This game never has been published. It is incredible but in the mistake not exchanging the Black's Knight on e4 also are occurred Baca in Hurt-Baca corr.1987 !; Ivanez Rico in Craig-Ivanez Rico corr.EUR 1991 !
