  technical draw: <OlimpBase> <OK a reply after 6 years!>

The story behind this draw is interesting. Francisco Benitez was playing for the Puerto Rico team. The PR team leaders were asked by the (then) Soviet leaders to ask Benitez to accept a draw. Benitez didn't want to because he was sure he could win the game. Well push came to shove and Benitez ceded. I guess it was all part of the cold war politics of that era (1958).
