Plater's choice, 35.. ♕b7+, looks quite logical (protection of f7). But 35.. ♘g6 -+ was much better. It does not threaten 36.. ♕xf2, but a check from b7 or c6 is now decisive.

Sep-07-18  Parachessus: Yep. My stockfish app for iPhone gives: 1. ...Ng6 2.Ne2 Qc6+ 3.Kg3 Ne5 4.Rf4 Qc5 5.Rf2 Rd1 6.Rf3 Nxf3 7.Qxf3 (Black wins the exchange).
