Oct-18-05  Poisonpawns: Continuing with my canidates collection analysis. Here is gm 1 1983 Canidates Qf.16 moves of theory but i like white pos better.11..Nbd7 12.Qf3 cxd4 13.exd4 Nxe5 14.dxe5 Nd7 15.Bxe7 qxe7 16.Nxd5 Qxe5 17.Qf5 = is another way to go.This game is excellently played by both sides, there are no real mistakes by either player.29..Qc2 would be interesting, but nothing to write about.
Oct-18-05  John Doe: I really liked the "desperado" tactic used by Kasparov on the knight trade. Shame the doubling those pawns wasn't enough to win.
