Feb-06-21  fisayo123: No kibitz on this exciting gem?!

Its amazing how quickly Karpov is able to utilize his pieces to the most potent squares. I didn't like 17...f5?! by black. A move that doesn't achieve a lot other than give white squares and weaken the structure.

The amazing trick 34...Qf6!! could have delayed the inevitable but Karpov's attack was too strong. He won a lot of games in his illustrous career with the rook battery along the g-file.

Dec-10-21  Murky: 32... Bh4 was an error. Simply 32....g5 and Georgiev's position is okay.
