  fredthebear: After 23.bxBa4 White is ahead on material, but I sensed trouble with the king on the open b-file. See diagram:

There is no knockout. In fact, if Black tries the provocative 23...Nxc2?? White mates in two, for the Black king is exposed as well.

The final position is frustrating for Black, as White's pending captures are better than Black's selections, and Black is down material.
