Kibitzer's Corner
Aug-16-05  DAL9000: A beautiful finish. To put it in the form of a short note:

Dear Frank,

I just owned you in the face.

Love,
Jacques

  offramp: Or:

"Dearest Frank,

I think you will find that you just got pwned up the bajew.

All your base,

Jacques."

Dec-28-09  Starf1re: It's like a 2005 internet meme time capsule. To translate:

Frank: lolwat?

Jacques: epic win.

May-12-19  Pyrandus: Great!
May-12-19  JimNorCal: Im thinking Frank may have regretted breaking the repetition with 30. ... Qc5
Jun-08-21  Zahodjakin: Right, Mieses is clearly losing and has to go for the Draw by Repetition. Apparently, Marshall missed the immediately decisive 31. Rxg7+.

NM JRousselle: It's difficult to believe Marshall would play 21... Qg2. All he had to do was consolidate and win. There were safer moves such as Qf5 available.

Then he overlooks 31 Rg7+ and loses the game.

Nov-25-22  sudoplatov: Not too many draws between these two.

Marshall 13
Mieses 10
Draw 8
