Sep-08-05  RookFile: Gore played a great blitz game!!!
He must have lost on time.

MarkThornton: The final position looks like a safe draw for Black - a very impressive achievement for the unknown J. Gore.

Hence, I presume that he lost on time.

Apr-26-08  Granny O Doul: Granny O Doul: Gore was a USCF Senior Master and one of Fischer's best buds. Yes, it does look like he overstepped. He was reportedly better at the old ten-second (per move) chess than at five-minute.
Oct-18-08  savagerules: Fischer won this blitz tourney like 21.5/22, but this should have been another draw but black got flagged. Gore, whoever he was, managed to survive Fischer's legendary Spanish torture treatment and got at least an equal game at the end.
Oct-18-08  AnalyzeThis: You're right, he certainly had an ok position.
