Apr-23-03  Cyphelium: I certainly do. White wins easily after 10. Nxf6+ gxf6 11. Qxd8+ Kxd8 12. Bxf6+.
Apr-23-03  ughaibu: Cyphelium: Thanks. Not the most difficult continuation, I should make more effort.
Apr-23-03  Cyphelium: You're in good company, a future World Champion missed it as well. =)
Feb-01-05  Marvol: Could be a nice puzzle of the day for a Monday maybe?
Jan-15-08  pawnofdoom: It woudn't be very hard but the pawn on e3 is certainly going to be distracting for some people

OBIT: It's amazing Euwe lost this quickly. But, if it's any consolation, Euwe and Wiersma played eight times, and Euwe won the other seven.

OhioChessFan: I chased this game down because of the mention on the puzzle of the day. I'd rate it maybe a Tuesday level.
