Kibitzer's Corner
Sep-12-05  Resignation Trap: This is the only game I could find with Bronstein employing Chigorin's 2...Nc6.

This is what Botvinnik had to say about this game: "Chigorin Defense. In an equal position Fuster went in for exchanges, overlooking an intermediate move, and 'Br' <immediately forced a better endgame.>

<Then he also exchanged bishop for knight!!!> - a lesson from the Florian game. Fuster missed the opportunity for a timely c3-c4 with the sacrfice of a pawn, and quietly lost.

<A good technical game by 'Br'>"
