Oct-17-03  refutor: i have a question here for move order freaks, like myself...why is 6.c3 so bad? doesn't it, at worst, transpose to an open lopez with 9.c3 Be7 (not the best aggressive line for Black but playable at all levels up to and including GM), and at best, transpose to a closed lopez where White can get Bc2 in without playing Bb3? for instance in this game, why not 6.c3 Nxe4 7.d4 instead of 7.Qe2 with play similar to the open lopez i'd think

Honza Cervenka: 36.Qe5 was a mistake. After 36.Kf2! the game would be still far from over.

After 7 d4 Black can just play 7..exd and White is down a pawn.
