<Casino Español is the name of various social institutions created by Spanish immigrants in different countries, mainly in Hispanic America and the Philippines. The buildings, which date from the end of the 19th century to the early 20th century, are famous landmarks in somecases. Blackburne was indeed in Cuba in 1891.

By the way, the current event title is in French and probably got truncated when somebody copied and pasted it (I suspect it was "Casino Espagnol de La Havane").
