  Retireborn: I find it surprisingly dificult to identify Euwe's losing error. After 22...Bc8 it seems that ...g5 will give Black a strong attack whether White closes the centre or not.

I tentatively offer 14.Bxc6 bxc6 15.d4 or 18.exf5 Rxf5 19.Qe4 Rf4 20.Qe3 Raf8 21.Bb3+ Kh8 22.Bd5 as improvements for White.

This line with 7.Ne2 was popular pre-WW2, but is hardly ever seen after 1950.
