Kibitzer's Corner
Jan-12-05  aw1988: Fairly nice play by Winawer.
Jan-12-05  akiba82: The Knight pair triumphs again!
Jan-12-05  akiba82: Chigorin should have played something like 14.hg3 (leaving open the possibility of a later f3 to dislodge a Black Knight) followed by Rae1 and initiating exchanges on the e-file. If White can get the heavy pieces off he should have good chances in the endgame.
Jan-12-05  akiba82: Chigorin's decision to play b3, instead of c3, as well as pushing his g pawns, was pretty lame.
Feb-17-05  Autoreparaturwerkbau: One way or another: 23...Qd2 wins the game.

Honza Cervenka: <Autoreparaturwerkbau: One way or another: 23...Qd2 wins the game.> How does black win the game after 24.Bxe4?
Aug-29-07  ismet: 24-Bxe4-Nxe4 !
Sep-03-08  arsen387: very beautiful attack by Winawer, though really seems that 24.Bxe4 stops it, but anyway blacks have slight advantage after Bxe4 Nxe4 i think, don't know enough for win or not. 24.Bg2 is refuted very beautifully by Winawer
