Why we should take chessmetrics with a grain of salt.

FSR: What kind of idiot plays 10.O-O??
May-11-17  zanzibar: Someone who thinks the bishop is only capture-able by a pinned pawn, I think.
May-11-17  nok: It is indeed the case when there's a knight on c3. From Karlsbad (1911) <I guess Suechting had decided that on 9...Nf6 he'd go 10.Nc3 a6 11.O-O and tripped over the "transposition".>
Jul-11-17  whiteshark: What exactly is the <Suechting Line> and how popular has it become?
Jul-11-17  sneaky pete: Apparently the Suechting Line is characterised by 4.c3 .. and this is the first game of 99 with 4.c3 .. in this database, that comprises quite a lot of games. Black has a slightly better score than white in this 99 games, unusual for a French defence variation, so figure it out for yourself.

Hint: the stockbroker gives black 0.15 advantage after 4... cxd4.

Jul-11-17  whiteshark: TY <sneaky pete>! Found the following related crumb in Watson's Play the French (3rd edition):

"4 c3 is played more often than it should be."

:)
