The 23rd European Club Cup for Women took place from 12-18 October 2018 at the Porto Carras Grand Resort in Chalkidiki, Greece. The tournament was a 7-round team event, with preliminary round-robin groups (5 rounds) and play-offs (2 rounds), played with the standard time-control of 90 minutes for 40 moves plus 30 more minutes till the end of the game, with a 30-second increment per move from move 1. Standings in the round-robins were determined by Match points (2-1-0). Individual performance prizes were on offer for each board. The matches were played on 4 boards (with a possible reserve) and consisted of 12 teams and 56 players (four teams had no reserve player), including several members of the world's elite. Tournament director: Petr Pisk. Chief arbiter: Tomasz Delega. Cercle d'Echecs de Monte-Carlo (Anna Muzychuk, Cramling, Socko, Cornette, Skripchenko) won with 13/14 (+6 =1 -0), ahead of Nona (Dzagnidze, Batsiashvili, Javakhishvili, Khotenashvili, Melia) and Ugra (Ushenina, Pogonina, Girya, Nechaeva, Kovanova).
