Kibitzer's Corner
Nov-06-09   Roleks: After his 42nd move white felt everything was a mess.Probably lacking energi he was not able to think even 2 moves. On move 46 he can force a draw with Rc8+ (or play for a win)with 20 minutes (+ 30 seconds per move ). he does not see that Ke7 runs into a fork !! A very bad moment to shut down. Switzerland leading in the last round against Armenia 1,5-0,5, had here a chance for a very good score. White slept, ate, prepared well. Swimming and walks before.Suddenly he sees nothing more anyhow. The rest was chansless in this state of mind.

If it is, congratulations on a very good overall performance by you (+2 -1 =4; perf. 2619 for an 2488 Elo IM) and the Swiss team (15th with start number 25), lead by the eternal Viktor, at the ETC!

Nov-07-09   Roleks: Yes, I am me.Thank you ! Everything ran well until this moment.
